Refund policy

At OraShifa, customer satisfaction is a priority. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

Order Cancellation 
1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
2. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility
1. Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
2. To request a refund, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and relevant details.

Non-Refundable Items
1. For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products (including gummies) are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process
1. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
